
Cascading style sheets (CSS) is primarily a
web designing tool which can improve the look and feel of your websites. CSS can define and emphasize certain elements of your web page. The most common and readily visible part of a web page is the background. By using
CSS syntax and styles, you may set the
background color, image, position and tiling.
Another element or property most commonly defined using CSS is border. With CSS, you can format boarder length and width, color and texture. Other elements that can be defined by CSS are tables, dimension, font, outlines, margins, list and marker, and positioning.
JavaScript codes are not supported by all browsers. Consequently, not all web effects created using JavaScript codes can be displayed by all browsers. This is not totally discouraging considering that a web browser may simply ignore a JavaScript code
